The Hispanic Business Association is excited to announce the opening of the Richard G. Cortez Scholarship Application. This is the earliest the application has opened. The foundation made the decision with the intention to inform students of their award sooner. The organization realizes funding higher education can be an obstacle and providing students awards early in the college cycle is critical.
