HBA celebrates award winners with Governor Little

For the last 22 years, of the 30 years the Hispanic Business Association has been in existence, the organization has held an awards ceremony at the Idaho State Capitol. Early this morning the board gathered with 11 of its 21 awardees, and Governor Little, to formally congratulate students as winners of the Richard G. Cortez Scholarship.
